7oz Filet Au Poivre with Crab Oscar – Duck Fat Potatoes – Asparagus – Bordeaux Rolls with butter

Salad – Chopped Romaine – Batonnet Concasse Tomatoes, Translucent Red Onion, Seedless Cucumber, Fresh Herbed Croutons, Feta Cheese, & Red Wine Vinaigrette

Desserts – Ultimate Chocolate Cake – A layer of Chocolate Mousse, & a layer of Chocolate Butter Cake topped with Rich Silky Chocolate Ganache and Cheesecake – Strawberry and Chocolate Toppings
